BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. A deposit of 30% of the total holiday price is required. Receipt of the deposit will secure the booking
  2. Confirmation of booking is effectual on receipt of total payment
  3. Full payment must be received by 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If the full payment is not received by the due date we have the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and levy cancellation charges.
  4. If your booking is made less than 30 days before arrival full payment is required immediately unless other arrangements are made with ourselves.
  5. We do not accept children under the age of 18yrs unless accompanied by an adult
  6. We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for conditions or events that are beyond our control ( eg. war, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire or technical problems with transport
  7. Travel and insurance are the total responsibility of our guests
  8. On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10.00am. Although guests will not have use of the chalet after that time your luggage can be stored if you wish to ski on that day. It would be greatly appreciated if on arrival day flights can be booked in the afternoon and on departure day flights be arranged for the morning
  9. If any of the booking party have any dietart needs or have allergies tp specific food products please notify us at time of booking to ensure we are able to comply with them
  10. Not included in our prices are insurance, travel costs, ski passes, lessons or any other booked activity

Cancellation charges

  1. More than 6 weeks from arrival date-----------Deposit
  2. Within 6 weeks of arrival date-----------------60% of total cost
  3. Within 4 weeks of arrival date-----------------40% of total costs
  4. Within 2 weeks of arrival date-----------------100% of total costs
